In its early years, Pinnacle focused on the construction, acquisition, and management of branded, limited-service hotels. In more recent years, we have fine-tuned our expertise in the premium brand, select-service segment and have expanded into the branded, full-service segment with the purchase, renovation, and conversion of our Four Points by Sheraton San Diego Downtown and our Radisson Hotel San Diego - Rancho Bernardo. Since its formation in 1998, Pinnacle’s core competency has been to identify and acquire underperforming hotels that have the potential for value enhancement by immediately increasing net operating income. We have also sought to build quality hotels in select, competitively defensible locations. Our company maintains its corporate headquarters in San Diego, California.
