Hilton Garden Inn Dublin – Server/Host

Summary

Facilitate food service. Clean tables, carry dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens; set tables; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes; supply service bar with food, and serve water, butter, and coffee to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take orders from guests for food and/or beverages.
  • Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
  • Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
  • Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
  • Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin containers.
  • Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining.

Experience/Education

  • HHigh School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
  • Minimum of 6 months prior serving experience preferred.
